Furthermore, newlineunderstanding the drivers and outcomes of OCB in the software industry can aid in newlinedeveloping targeted strategies to boost employee morale and job satisfaction, thereby newlinereducing turnover rates (Morrison, 1996). Given the rapid evolution of technology and newlinethe crucial role of human capital in driving innovation, it is imperative for software newlinecompanies to cultivate behaviors that contribute to organizational success.
