In a scenario of global competition and strategic dynamism, various stake holders of an
newlineorganization expect and place a high demand for growth and profitability in business. The
newlineonus lies on the employees of the organization to take their expectations forward.
newlineEngaged employees of an organizations play a significant role in making these
newlineexpectations into reality. They stay committed and put their fullest efforts and drive their
newlineteam members towards the success of the organization .Hence utmost importance should
newlinebe given to cater the aspirations of these engaged employees and necessary programmes
newlineand actions should be initiated towards the less engaged and disengaged employees to
newlinebring a behavioural change in their attitude . Organizations should roll out efficient
newlineHuman resources policies and strategies focusing employee engagement. Better Human
newlineresources strategies would enhance the likelihood of retaining not only the best talent but
newlinealso the engaged talent .The implementation of effective employee engagement plans
