newline Background: Dengue fever, caused by the dengue virus (DENV), poses a significant global
newlinehealth challenge, particularly in tropical and subtropical regions. The disease is primarily transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes and involves four serotypes (DENV-1 to DENV-4), complicating its epidemiology and control efforts. This research aims to explore the dynamics
newlineof severe dengue infections, assess the impact of different serotypes, and evaluate public
newlinehealth responses. The study focuses on the isolation of serious dengue viruses and their
newlineimplications for healthcare systems, particularly in the WHO Southeast Asian Region,
newlineincluding Central India.
newlineMethods: The research is structured into five chapters, incorporating surveys and reviews of
newlineexisting literature on dengue virus isolation and transmission dynamics. The methodology
newlineincludes analyzing data from over one million reported dengue cases between 1997 and 2015,
