The disease is primarily transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes and involves four serotypes (DENV-1 to DENV-4), complicating its epidemiology and control efforts. This research aims to explore the dynamics newlineof severe dengue infections, assess the impact of different serotypes, and evaluate public newlinehealth responses. The study focuses on the isolation of serious dengue viruses and their newlineimplications for healthcare systems, particularly in the WHO Southeast Asian Region, newlineincluding Central India. newlineMethods: The research is structured into five chapters, incorporating surveys and reviews of newlineexisting literature on dengue virus isolation and transmission dynamics.
