This research presents a multifaceted approach to optimizing optical design newlineparameters, addressing challenges in achieving optimal design aberration and error newlinefunction performance. An expert optimization model, incorporating both spherical and newlineaspherical tools, is introduced to enhance system performance. The model focuses on newlinereducing the size of the converging point at the image plane and employs asphere glass newlinesurfaces and glass substitution methods. Using Code V analysis, the proposed solution newlinesuccessfully achieves optimal performance, reducing the imaging system merit function newlinefrom 1859 to 21. The specification builder aids in determining specifications and newlineperformance target values. newlineThe cost of cameras is going up because of the optical lens elements that newlinecause aberration in the images. This study suggests a new imaging system model with newlinefewer and better optical lens elements that keeps the quality of output high by using the newlinesuggested method of optical power and lens symmetry. Design stages, including newlineautomatic global synthesis, asphere expert, and glass expert, are optimized to minimize newlineerror and enhance performance. For testing, optical simulator analysis tools like newlineModulation Transfer Function Spot Diagram, Quick Ray Aberration, and Merit newlineFunction are used to show that the proposed imaging system is better in both qualitative newlineand quantitative ways newline
