The experimental newlinegroup I is received Topical insulin dressing and experimental group II is newlinereceived normal saline dressing appplied daily for 14 days the post test was newlinedone on seventh day and post test II was done on fourteenth day by using newlineBATES JENSEN wound assessment scale . Results : The study results newlineconcluded that, the experimental group I topical insulin have significant newlinedifference in the level of wound healing with ANOVA test there is a newlinesignificant improvement in wound healing between post-test 1 and 2 at the newlinelevel of p lt0.001 among both Experimental group I and Experimental group newlineII .The post-test 2 mean score of wound healing among patient with diabetic newlinefoot ulcer in the topical insulin dressing was 28.67±4.66, the post-test mean newlinescore in normal saline dressing was 31.00±3.98.The mean difference is 2.333 newlinewith plt0.042 the above finding shows that there was significant
