In the recent time, Rapid Transit System (RTS) plays a crucial ignificant role in offering most affordable and comfort travel zone to humans. With the increase in population and usage of RTS, travelling safety measures are concerned to be most notable factors in all around the world. Though most of the recent RTS applications like continuous surveillance system and security warning systems are evolved and implemented for safety concerns, still fails to accomplish several metrics like fault-tolerance, optimal energy consumption, and high-speed data deliverance and so on. The internally wired safety setups of any RTS applications are not flexible for on-demand reliable changes and in most of the cases such configuration fails to carry out proper countermeasures against drastic dynamic disaster, especially at emergency cases. The network systems of RTS applications always possess possible risk scenarios and challenging problems, under the emergency circumstance in providing countermeasure strategies for reducing causalities. The vital issues of on-board network systems of RTS are fault-tolerance and time bounded packet delivery which has particular concern than any other metrics, especially at the occurrence of critical events. In fact, most of the advanced on-board network system poses potential trade-off characteristics among those two metrics mentioned above. For critical applications of RTS, WSN is found to be flexible, reliable and compact than any other expensive technologies. Moreover, the entire network system tends to follow-up wireless communication strategy which offers higher flexibility for any alteration and maintenance. Further, WSN allows the fusion of other technologies for the purpose to render efficient outcomes newline
