The word, sports has grown very strong in the mind of every individual in the world. Sporting community is very clear about the value and significance of sports. Now a days,it is believed that there is no one who has been deprived of its impact at the world level. There are some countries which try to show their superiority by winning medals and achievements in their political ideology as well as the social political system. newline Judo is the way to use both physical and spiritual strength together in the most effective way. By training attacks and defenses skills, it would refine the body and soul and also helps to make the spiritual essence of Judo as a part of one s life. This is the final goal of Judo discipline (Jigoro Kano). newlineJudo can be defined as a combative sport, which is considered as a very high intensity of sport in which the judo players attempt to throw the opponents onto his/her back or to control during groundwork for winning the bout. winning in the bout depends on specific technical and tactical skills as well as high level of physical fitness (Franchini, et al., 2007). The physiological demands of judo bout needed both aerobic as well as anaerobic energy systems. The anaerobic system provides the short, quick, all out bursts of maximal power during the judo bout, while the aerobic system contributes to the judoka ability to continue the bout and during the rest periods it also helps to recover (Muramatsu, et al., 1994). Maintaining an appropriate balance of stress during training and competition as well as while recovering is very important for sportsperson for maximum performance.
