Abstract
Emotions are essential in the workplace as individuals are not isolated; they bring not
newlineonly themselves to work, but comprise their attitudes, traits, and experiences. Their emotions influence a person s behaviour, efficiency, and decision-making they encounter at their place of work. Psychologists frequently characterize emotion as the result of a uniquely personal,
newlineintrapersonal reaction to stimuli or, contingent upon the discipline, as a socially constructed entity. Nurses who are under greater working circumstances operate more effectively and give excellent treatment to patients, which boosts the financial sustainability of healthcare organizations.
newlineThe emotional state of nurses is influenced by their capacity to control both their own
newlineand other people s emotions. The nurse s emotions play a crucial role in developing a bond with patients. Additionally, nurses emotions might aid patients healing processes. Workplaces that are secure, encouraging, and fulfilling are conducive to the health of nurses. The provision of excellent medical services to patients depends on favourable working conditions

newlinego through various emotions, which indirectly impacts the patient s safety, workplace relationshipsas well as performance. Professionals in healthcare organizations are more prone to emotional contagion compared to other workforce categories. The significance of this study is that patients are more prone to medication errors and have a worse sense of wellbeing if a healthcare provider has a negative psychological chain reaction. Considering the challenges
newlineencountered by nurses, our study endeavours to examine the connections between emotional
newlinetriads and emotional contagion, delving into the ways in which emotional contagion shapes
