The Panchatantra is a timeless masterpiece of Indian literature. Owing to its universal appeal and continued relevance, its influence resonates not only within India but across the globe. This research thesis aims to explore and present the core values embedded in the Panchatantra written by Vishnu Sharma that contribute to the moral and ethical refinement of society. In today s world, despite remarkable advancements, there is a noticeable decline in human values. Traits such as dishonesty, oppression, and deceit appear to be on the rise, largely due to a lifestyle devoid of moral dignity and a lack of appropriate conduct. The Panchatantra seeks to revive these fading values by promoting righteous behavior and fostering the holistic development of individuals, thereby contributing to the formation of an ideal society.
