Being a convenient, cordless, handand#8208;free, safe, reliable, and suitable for alland#8208;weather conditions, wireless power transfer (WPT) system for powering or charging electrical as well as electronic devices has been fetched to the forefront. With enough evidences, viability of resonant WPT system in powering multiple devices though authenticated but not sufficient to reveal the suitable operating region for effective implementation. It is the foremost challenge to manage the effective power transmission to the multiple gadgets through the resonant WPT technology. There may be significant differences in the size, positioning, load characteristics, and power requirements of the receiving devices in a multi-receiver WPT system. Therefore, the research interest has been laid to illuminate the pronounce effect of different design parameters on the performance of the system and their selection criteria to activate the multiple receiver s system operating at its optimal conditions that holds the promise for future wireless charging. In-depth analysis, simulations using equivalent electrical circuit models as well as experimental measurements have been carried out through which an effectual multi-receiver WPT system can be intended for practical scenarios. It has also been ventured that the number of receiver load coils that can be driven with their stipulated power level is not selected randomly rather have definite number for a fixed transmitter of the series-series compensated multiple-receiver WPT system. It has been found that with a required load power level, the number of receivers that will be driven must be less or equal to the estimated value, which merely depend on the frequency of operation, the designed dependent parameter and the load impedance. An inclusive correlation between the performance parameters of the multi-receiver WPT systems has been established and justification regarding the system as an alternative viable solution in the charging field has been outlined. The corroborated experimental and simulatio
