In the post-Covid situation, Physical fitness is noticed to be the foremost criterion for the development of immunity. In this context, obesity is noticed to be a great threat to the youth of our nation. Aerobic dance and circuit training programs are both gadgets of health and skill-related physical fitness development, and thereby the researchers have undertaken a study on A Multivariate Approach to Assess Health and Skill-Related Physical Fitness Components and Selected Physiological Variables of School-Level Overweight Girls Followed by Aerobic and Circuit Traning Programs. newlineFor this purpose, 90, 7th, and 8th-grade overweight school girls of Sadar Bankura High School, Dist.- Bankura, W.B, India, ranging the age from 13 to 14 years, were selected as subjects based on their overweight status (BMI-25-30). As criterion measures, health-related physical fitness components, skill-related physical fitness components, and selected physiological variables, namely, Resting Heart Rates, Resting Systolic and Diastolic Blood Pressures, and Vo23 Max, were studied. newline12 weeks of aerobic dance and circuit training programs are administered. As the design of the study, the random group experimental design was adopted. The ANOCOVA and LSD statistical procedures are adopted for this study. newlineIt is concluded that both aerobic dance and circuit training programs are found to be effective in developing health and skill-related physical fitness components. However, the aerobic dance training program is noticed to be more effective in developing health-related physical fitness components, namely body composition (BMI, Biceps, Triceps, Sub Scapular, Suprailliac Skinfolds), Cardiorespiratory Endurance and Flexibility and, in the improvement of skill-related physical fitness components namely Balance, Explosive Strength, Body Coordination (Hopping, Lateral Jumping and Lateral Movements), Hand Reaction Time, and also in healthy improvement of physiological variables namely Resting Heart Rate, Systolic, and Diastolic Blood Pressures and V
