Background: Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder primarily rooted in pancreas newlinedysfunction that occurs when it produces either lesser amounts of insulin or no insulin at all. newlineThis inability to effectively process carbohydrates due to disruptions in insulin function results newlinein increased urine output, extreme thirst, elevated levels of fats in the blood (hyperlipidemia), newlineand heightened appetite. It stands out as a prevalent and concerning condition affecting newlineindividuals, families, and nations worldwide. According to the International Diabetes newlineFederation (IDF) Diabetes Atlas (2021), globally 10.5% of adults aged 20-79 have diabetes, newlinewith nearly half of them unaware of their condition. Over 537 million adults are affected by newlinediabetes, and this number is expected to soar to 643 million by 2030 and 783 million by 2045. newlineDiabetes has traditionally been treated mostly with modern medicine, ignoring the fact that newlinemodern medicine is a target-based and non-holistic way of treatment, which eventually results newlinein long-term adverse effects. In such a scenario, the use of integrated, alternative, and newlineconventional medicines raises the possibility for holistic health. newlineObjectives: The integration of ayurvedic, yoga therapy, and other natural therapies has been newlineshown to aid in managing T2DM. The main objective of this study is to observe the effect of newlineintegrated-pathy in managing T2DM at Patanjali Wellness on various anthropometric, newlinephysiological, biochemical, behavioral, and psychological measures. newlineMethods: In this single-arm, observational longitudinal study, 36 male and 17 female newlineparticipants, with an average age of 50.26 ± 9.13 years, were recruited for the study from newlinePatanjali Wellness in Haridwar. The participants received traditional wellness intervention for newline7 days under the direct supervision and guidance of well-known yoga guru Swami Ramdev Ji newlineand ayurveda and naturopathy professional doctors. Participants were asked to continue the newlineroutine for the next 45 days upon returning home. The participants
