This pressure is widespread, and an organization s ability to survive will newlinebe largely dependent on its ability to continuously improve. Thus, companies need to newlinehave a competitive advantage in order to surpass their competitors. They have to always newlinestrive to improve their competitive positions in order to formulate long-term strategies. newlineEffective management of valuable resources leads to the development of a sustainable newlinecompetitive advantage. In order to survive in the fiercely competitive business world, newlinecorporations must thrive with innovative HR procedures. An organization s ability to newlineremain competitive depends on its ability to manage its human resources through the use newlineof HR procedures. While every human resource activity is essential to the growth of newlinehuman resources, some practices like employee training, recruitment, rewards, newlineappraisal, and promotion are mainly focused on the development of employees. The newlinestudy explores the benefits of integrating HR practices in the IT sector and how HRP newlineaffects employee performance, which ultimately contributes to the success of the newlinecompany. This study is limited to 753 randomly selected employees of the top five IT newlinebusinesses in Odisha: Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and Mindtree. By using a newlinebroad perspective, the research looks into important aspects of HR processes such as JS, newlineTD, PA, RS, EP, and CR. The primary objective is to examine the effects of various HR newlinepractices on OS and EP. The research also attempts to look into how JS mediates the link newlinebetween the productivity of employees and the success of the organization. The data newlinecollected through primary sources has been analyzed in three phases. In the first phase, a newlinepercentage analysis of the demographic profile of the selected respondents is done. The newlinesecond phase includes refinement of constructs using EFA, and the third phase consists newlineof testing hypotheses framed in relation to different objectives along with structural newlineequation modeling. The results of the study found an indisputable link between HR newlinepractices and employee performance as it encourages a more knowledgeable, committed, newlineand productive staff, which ultimately benefits both the individual workers and the newlinecompany as a whole. The study also revealed that there is an interdependent relationship newlinebetween employee performance and organizational success, making it crucial for newlinebusinesses to invest in initiatives that promote a culture of excellence and continual newlineimprovement within their workforce. Job satisfaction is also found to mediate between newlineemployee performance and organizational success. Satisfied employees are more likely newlinevii newlineto be motivated, productive, and committed, which can directly impact the success of IT newlineorganizations. Organizations that effectively implement HRM practices could gain a newlinecompetitive advantage in the IT sector in Odisha. Skilled and motivated employees can newlinehelp companies differentiate themselves, attract top talent, and retain experienced newlineprofessionals. The study offers insights into the development of HRM policies and newlinestrategies in the IT sector in Odisha.
