dc.description.abstractAbstract newlineAccording to the literary texts, there is a gap in clinical practices between interventions and attention newlinefocused on minimizing these infections and actual success at completely banishing them. Further gaps newlineinclude determining contrast in the types of microorganisms and understanding these pathogens in distint newlineICU set ups, in order to enhance diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of DAHAIs. More crucially we do newlinenot have any knowledge or any recent studies related DAHAI and also ESBLs producing Enterobacteriacea newlinein Tribal patients in the MICU in left alone tribal areas which are difficult to accesses, approach and follow newlineup.There is a lack of study regarding the molecular basis of ESBLs produced by Enterobacteriaceae in newlineDAHAI in tribal population. Intent of this research study Addressing these recognized gaps in the literature newlinewill commit to create comprehensive interventions suited for each MICU population. To compare and newlinecontrast MICU patient outcomes, risk factors, and the microorganism epidemiological characteristics, newlineantibiotic sensitivity, and resistance of each pathogen identified as causing the DAHAI within the MICU newlinepopulation of tribal population Attention was also focused on incidence rates of DAHAI, association newlinebetween severity of illness and types of DAHAI, demographics, ESBL resistance. The study also identifies newlineon the genes responsible for the ELBLs production. The results from this study could lead to positive social newlinechange by delivering insight that could lead to the development of additional future studies related to newlineDAHAI. This could then lead to the development of new processes, interventions to reduce DAHAI, newlinedecreased length of stay, comorbidities, and cost for both the patient and the hospital, guide future newlinestudies to help minimize nosocomial infections with the ultimate goal of improving patient health newlineoutcomes. newline
