Due to rise in awareness of environmental issues led to newlinegrowth in research areas newlineresources production. Among these vast research areas, conversion of wet newlinebiomass into hydrogen has received newlinehydrothermaltechniques such liquefaction and gasification is newlineefficient pathway for processing the biomass and has recognized as promising newlinetechnology for future application. newlineroutes such as hydrothermal liquefaction (HTL) and hydrothermal newlinegasification (HTG) from hou newlinehydrothermal processing, the household waste was characterised to explore newlinethe composition of waste biomass and its properties. The result indicated the newlinebiomass possess low ash and sulphur content. Additionally newlinesuggested that heating rate of 10 newlinedegradation rate. Then the influence of parameters on hydrothermal newlinegasification and liquefaction were studied. newlineOptimal temperature, newlineessential factor for high degree of waste gasification and hydrogen newlineproduction. To formulate the right combination of solvent to waste ratio the newlineHTG experiments were performed with varying solvent to waste ratio of 40, newline20, 13.33 and 10mL/g newline22.3 wt.% for 13.33, 10, 20 and 40mL/g respectively. newlinewas carried out at temperature of 280 newlineshowed higher amount of gas product formation (38.3 wt newlineresidue and liquid products standing at 8.9 and 52.8 wt newlineLikewise, for the various residence time, the influence on HTG process was newlinestudied. The results suggested that newlineincrease in residence time from 30 newlineABSTRACT newlinesignificant newlinesuch as valorization of waste, sustainable and energy newline. significant attention. newlineconsidered as newlineIn this study, bio-hydrogen production newlinehousehold mixed waste were investigated. newline
