Abstract
Breast cancer is the most common cancer worldwide that costs lives of millions of people every year. Plant products with potential anticancer activities have become a vital source of novel agents in treating cancer. Adiantum capillus-vineris (AVC) and Pteris quadriaurita (PQ) are such traditional herbs with potential pharmacological properties of late, nanoparticles (NPs) gained importance in biomedical applications and are widely employed for diagnostics and therapeutics. Nanoparticles are mainly synthesized through chemical and physical methods, which are often costly and potentially harmful. Synthesis of nanoparticles using plants, however, is less toxic and more effective.
