In general induction motors are widely used in domestic and v a r i o u s industrial applications. The control method of induction motor decides the performance and efficiency of the drive. Comprehensive speed o f operation with proposed method is accomplished by volt/hertz (v/f) control technique. The recital characteristics of the motor drive with proposed scheme are determined for certain operating conditions. The obtained results were compared with existing system of speed control. Photovoltaic power system acts as a source which is an added advantage in this work. Choosing a PV system made by load or power demand can reduce major running or fuel cost and avoid air pollution and global warming. Now a dayand#8223;s advanced PV cells are available which is able to provide nearly forty six percentage of efficiency. Power conversion efficiency and the amount of electric power generated by PV system is subject to changes in weather conditions. For getting constant output power, the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technique is to be used. Among mostly applied MPPT technique the simplest and effective Incremental Conductance (InC) method is preferred and used. Since last fifty years, application of squirrel cage induction motor has been increased. In particular over the last few years PV powered squirrel cage induction motor utilization is significantly increased in industrial, agriculture side and domestic applications. PI controller is the most simplest and preferred controller in industries compared with all other types of controllers. While choosing the proportional and integral controller circuits, it is essential to reduce the over shoot and steady state error which helps to improve the entire system response. newline
