Furthermore, there is a widespread deficiency in understanding the proper newlineutilisation of digital financial tools, which hinders investors from fully capitalizing on the newlineadvantages of these platforms. A multitude of people persist in depending on informal advice or newlineantiquated investment strategies, resulting in suboptimal financial results. A pronounced digital newlinedivide endures in semi-urban regions, resulting in inequalities in financial participation and the newlineproficient use of digital resources. This difference intensifies the difficulties encountered by newlineinvestors in making prudent financial decisions. Financial illiteracy frequently culminates in newlinesuboptimal investment decisions, resulting in losses and economic instability. Moreover, newlineemotional elements and social cues often dictate investment behaviours, supplanting logical and newlineanalytical decision-making processes. Despite the presence of digital infrastructure, its use remains newlineconstrained, necessitating an objective assessment of whether digitalization is truly augmenting newlineinvestorsand financial resilience. Existing research on this subject, especially at the district level, is newlinelimited, underscoring the necessity for studies such as this. Bridging the division between digital newlineaccessibility and investor behavior is crucial for achieving financial strength of an investor in the newlineregion. newlineConvenience sampling, a non probability sampling was adopted for both pilot and main newlinestudy data collection; the responses from the retail investors in Sangli district are considered. The newlinesample for the study is the investors (471) who invested in retail market in Sangli district.
