dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research was to analyze the performance management system of select companies in Bhopal to determine the characteristics which are most influential for knowing desirable outcomes of companies. Under this study 350 respondents are participated under 2 categories in which employees as well as management staff members are voluntarily sampled through questionnaires. The analysis of both categories was found to be predictor of employee engagement efficiency of select companies, which ensures effectiveness of performance management system. It facilitates construction of individual development plans for workers at each level, it allows the workforce to be participative in decision making along with subordinates and management. Results of this study suggest that companies should implement these findings and suggestions in their practices to ensure more effectiveness in employee engagement activities. newline
