The present research involves the study of biodiversity of bee flora from Chandigarh region in different seasons. SEM found dominant families in each sub- division during different seasons. Chemical evaluation concluded the most nutritive pollen of different samples. Phyto- chemicals highly affect the anti- microbial properties of bee pollen and bee bread. Phyto- chemicals have exerted potential anti- bacterial activities. From pollen samples, flora was identified which has highest action against particular bacteria in every season. So those plants and their products can be used pathologically. newlineAnti- microbial potential was checked at different concentrations of aqueous extract, in which potential increases with increasing concentration of solute (bee pollen or bee bread). This study will be very helpful for increasing beekeeping practices in Chandigarh area. So those plants and their products can be used against human pathogens to treat various diseases. Study will also become the useful tool to resolve various problems related to anti-microbial resistant of various microbes. Study on antibiotic resistance of bacteria and how phyto- chemicals belonging to different chemical classes could reverse the antibiotic resistance still need to be evaluated. newline newline
