Abstract

newline The main aim of the thesis entitled as Study of Ultrasonic and Bio-sensing newlineProperties of Condensed Materials is to investigate the ultrasonic, mechanical and newlinethermo-physical properties of condensed materials under different physical newlineconditions like temperature, pressure, crystallographic orientations etc. The primary newlineapplications of NDT technique is to study the surface morphology, detecting internal newlineflaws, measuring thicknesses, but nowadays, these techniques have been used to newlinedetermine the physical properties of the materials. The ultrasonic properties (velocity newlineand attenuation) play an important role in the field of material characterization newlinespecially in the case of condensed materials. The ultrasonic velocity of condensed newlinematerials can be determined with the knowledge of elastic constant, density and newlinedirection of propagation. In the present study, higher order elastic constants (HOECs) newlinevalues were computed by using the Coulomb and Born-Mayer potential. The newlineultrasonic attenuation is significant parameter to provide broad view of several newlinethermo-physical properties (SOECs, density, thermal relaxation time, thermal newlineconductivity, electron viscosity etc) of condensed material through the different newlinemechanisms like electron-phonon interaction, phonon phonon interaction, thermal newlinerelaxation mechanisms etc. in different physical conditions. Obtained results of newlineselective condensed materials have been discussed and elobrated in the present work. newlineFurther, the properties of selective materials have been computed under same newlinephysical conditions in two different structures i.e., B1 and B2 phases. The newlineconcentration of L-tyrosine (Tyr) enzyme in the blood sample of Diabetic Foot newlineUlcers (DFU) diabetic patients were raised higher than its normal concneration. newlineTherefore, monitoring of Tyr levels is essential for the early detection of the patientand#8223;s newlinecondition. Thus, the present experimental work is to address some techniques that can newlinebe used to improve the functionality of titania nanotubes (TiNTs) in bio-sensing...
