newlineemployee well-being interventions like motivational lectures, gaming and outbound
newlineprogrammes, regular in house fun and learning involvements are continuously
newlineconducted by the HR yet the shelf life of motivation and productivity is not
newlinesatisfactorily long term. Also their impact of these interventions on the bottom line
newlinealong with compromised man hours pinches the management leading to the
newlineconventional push policy coming in force leading to more stress and dissatisfaction on
newlineboth sides. Managements are looking for sustainable methods to enhance the emotional
newlineintelligence of their workforce in order to reduce job stress and burnout. Arresting
newlineattrition today is also a priority concern for HR along with ensuring quality output from
newlinethe employees. Meditation, as research says, shows up as a solution to the current
newlinescenario. Meditation is a very cost effective and sustainable method to reduce stress
newlineand anxiety and can have long lasting effects. Mindfulness meditation or self-awareness
