newlineCVDs are the number one cause of death globally: more people die annually from CVDs than from any other cause. The aim of the study is evaluate the effectiveness of preparatory informatics on biophysiological parameters, compliance to lifestyle modifications and quality of life among patients with acute coronary syndrome. The three hand outs on General information, Heart Healthy diet and Home exercises and walking guidelines after ACS were issued to the study group participants during discharge as positive reinforcement. Post test1, and 2 were conducted on 30th and 90th day respectively. Participant s response were coded and statistically analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. The comparison scores of biophysiological parameters such as BMI, SBP, TC, LDL and HDL between the study and comparison group was statistically significant This comprehensive interventions on lifestyle modifications, printed hand outs and telephonic reinforcement are accomplished in increasing the compliance behavior thereby improving the quality of life among patients with acute coronary syndrome.
