Abstract
Increasing wastewater pollution and water crisis across world demanding superior technique. Recycling and reusing wastewater are simplest strategy to address this issue. In this context, membrane separation is classical technique to treat the pollutant. Based on the pore size and thickness of the membrane, various size of pollutants ranges from nano to micro meter can be removed. However, the separated pollutant cannot be detoxified or degraded completely. On the other hand, photocatalysis is a technique to degrade the pollutants under light irradiation using catalyst. By integrating these two processes will be an advantage for the wastewater treatment.
