Green synthesis of pure and doped metal oxide and metal oxide reduced graphene oxide hybrid structures spectroscopic luminescence and dielectric applications

Abstract

Nanomaterials have received much interest by virtue of their excellent properties suitable for applications in various fields such as electronic, pharmaceutical, biomedical, cosmetic, energy and catalysis. The properties of nanomaterials are peculiar and fascinating which are superior to their bulk counterparts [1, 2]. Nanoscience deals with the making, manipulating of materials having dimensions in the size range 1 100 nm and nanotechnology related to the design of machine or product based on nano-scale components. Most of the research efforts are devoted to optical properties induced by quantum confinement and it is expected that they can act as a potential kind of luminescent phosphor both in fundamental research and applications [3, 4]. newline
