For This study, total 200 (N= 200) Male and newlineFemale subjects were selected from various Jammu and Kashmir colleges. For this newlinepurpose questionnaire was developed by the Research scholar with the help of Guide newlineand expert of this field. The data was collected from the subjects with the help of newlinequestionnaire. After and analyzing the collected data, it is found that this is much newlineawareness about health and physical fitness among Jammu and Kashmir youth. The newlinelevel of significance 0.05 was set. newline
