Opinion mining is a process to collect opinions from public, pre process collected opinions and retrieve the knowledge about opinion on any topic , person and product. newlineDue to Digitalization use of mobile, tablets and computers with 4G Internet connectivity in our daily life there are lots of opinions are available on social networking websites and E-Commerce websites related to different domain like review on movie , review on any political party , review on any consumed product or any government schemes. newlineMobile computing is a technology that allows transmission of data, voice and video via a computer or any other wireless enabled device without having to be connected with a fixed physical link. newlineSince independent Indian government launch so many schemes for improving a standard of living of various category of population, including agriculture. In agriculture different schemes are declared by government to improve farmers living standard. The proposed mobile computing opinion mining model collects opinions of public for the agriculture schemes to farmers. Farmers can be illiterate hence, the provision is made to input opinion in system by voice forms and in multilingual forms. Our main objective is to create a mobile computing opinion mining model which collects opinions from farmers by voice and text processing and implies judgment of different agriculture schemes of Government. newline
