Abstract

Human rights denote the basic rights and freedom to which all human beings are entitled. Human rights comprise civil and political rights, such as the right to life, liberty, freedom of expression and equality before the law. The social, cultural and economic rights with the right to participate in cultural activities, the right to food, the right to work and the right to education are also essential to safeguard human security and are vital for the maintenance of human dignity. Therefore, human rights are essential prerequisites for survival and existence of human society. As a research we can think of development of this area equally like outside states, districts or areas when the government may put little more effort. Children should get platform nearby their home only. That can become the root of development. As, youth is the future of a nation/state/village. If a child gets opportunities nearby his home, he/she will never have to leave the home. That will surely lead to the development of the place. newline
