Chronic renal failure (CRF) represents a progressive, irreversible decrease in the glomerular filtration rate. Dynamic renal capacity misfortune is a typical marvel in renal disease, regardless of the fundamental reason for the kidney failure. Most endless nephropathies need explicit treatment and advancement steadily to end-arrange renal ailment (ESRD) commonness of which is expanding around the world. The present study was aimed to determine role of oxidative, inflammatory parameters in chronic renal failure and MHD patients and compared with controls. Samples were collected from the chronic renal failure and MHD patients admitted to Fathima institute of medical sciences, Kadapa. A.P, India. A total of two hundred blood samples including controls were studied. Our findings show that Uremic patients have higher OS and IF marker levels. Decreased AO vitamins and Increased SOD, GR, CAT enzymes are indicating greater vulnerability of these patients imbalance of oxidants and antioxidants imbalance. This might be likewise by HD treatment could improve extra oxidative worry because of the bio incompatibility of dialyzer films and the enactment of Macrophages and Presence of poisons in dialysis liquid. Our study results are indicating a sensible envision that dull free extreme hostilities amid HD could be fit for causing peroxidation of the layer and start endothelial damage in charge of long-term CV difficulties in the patients. Further Antioxidant treatment is required for CRF and HD patients. Our study results of oxidative stress markers MDA, F2IP were increased in MHD when compared with CKD and control and when compared with pre HD, MDA, F2IP were decreased levels were found. So this OS markers increased and decreased antioxidant mediated to inactivate and decreased NO levels it shows in my study. Other side Inflammatory markers CRP, hs CRP also increased in HD patients, hypertriglyceridemia and abnormal apo lipoproteins all are leads to CVD in CKD(III and IV) and HD patients. Further research warrants antioxidant supplementation will take an overall protective role, even at early stages of CKD, to halt the deterioration of kidney function and antagonize systemic inflammation to protect mortality due to cardiovascular disease. newline
