The agricultural industry is an economic backbone to the Indian newlineEconomy There are some advances and developments happened in the newlineprocess of sugar industry The optimization process is used at all levels of the newlineprocess to improve the profit and to minimize the cost The agriculture and newlinecorrespondingly the farmers are mostly depending on the sugar industry for newlinetheir basic and future needs for their family livelihood India produces sugar as newlinean export commodity The income generated is a source of foreign currency for newlineIndia and the same has supported its industrial development The sugar industry newlineplays a vital role towards socio economic development in the rural areas by newlinemobilising rural sources generating higher income and creating employment newlineopportunities So it is important to study the optimization procedures applied newlineto the processes that are applicable to the sugar industry These optimization newlinemethods strengthen the industry economically as well as the farmers who are newlinedirectly or indirectly involved in the process newlineThere are many researches made on the process in the industry but newlineall of them concentrate on the process and their corresponding optimization in newlinethe materials that are used for the process In this research the concentration newlineis made on the managerial processes that take place in the sugar industry newline newline
