Friction Stir Welding (FSW) experiment is performed on tungsten newlinecarbide-based Nitinol composites. The Mechanical and micro structural properties of newlinefriction stir welded Tungsten carbide Nitinol Composite were investigated in this newlinestudy. The Major goal of this study is to optimize the process parameters for the newlinedesired mechanical properties of welded strength. The welding procedure was carried newlineout with the help of High Carbon Chromium Steel tool. The procedure of microwave newlinesintering is utilized to create it. The presence of tungsten carbide in the Nitinol newlinecomposite is 10 wt.%. The characterization of the composite is investigated by newlineScanning Electron Microscope (SEM). High carbon with chromium steel is used to newlineproduce the pin profile for FSW procedure. newlineASTM standards were used to analyse the mechanical, and micro structure newlineproperties. The weld with 1200 rpm, Transverse speed of 80 mm /min and Axial newlineforce of 5 kN Optimal Tensile Strength was reached. Estimate and optimise the newlinetensile strengths of the welded intersection. The goal of this research is to assess and newlinecontrast the energy requirements and environmental effects of several FSW newlinetechniques for butt-welding full-penetration Nitinol composites work pieces. newlineThe total amount of energy used for the joining procedures, including any newlinepreparatory and cleanup steps, is also considered. The friction stir welding variables newlinecontribution is demonstrated by the analysis of variances. The contribution of newlinevarious factors are studied analyzed using ANOVA. It has been found that Tensile newlinestrength of weld has been most affected by spindle speed (90.92%). Traverse speed newlinehas a greater effect on tensile strength than axial force, which is 4.11% newline
