High altitude newlineexposure has a variety of effects on cognitive processes. Yoga is an effective intervention for a newlinevariety of ailments, including anxiety, depression, hypertension, diabetes, headaches, newlinerheumatoid arthritis, and insomnia. Sudarshan kriya Yoga (cyclical breathing practice) is a newlineYogic technique that improves cardiac autonomic tone and relaxes the mind and body.
