Large cardamom cultivation has a great effect and impact on sustainable livelihood and growth. newlineTherefore, it has been observed the importance for HR capacity-building intervention in LC newlinecultivation for making cultivation a lucrative one, making this particular sector one of the most newlinepromising sources of cash income and one of the great contributors to the nation s GDP. newlineDifferent studies have highlighted that for growth and development in any sector in a newlinesustainable way, the intervention of HR capacity-building is one of the core areas along with newlineother areas respective to different sectors. In the agriculture sector, especially with LC newlinecultivation, at a continuous level, it requires effective capacity-building intervention. Because newlinethe cultivators do the cultivation without getting any formal guidance and training from the newlinerespective concerned departments which leads to a mixed rate of their success. Now, it is time newlineto bring some formal procedures by the different government departments, especially in newlinecapacity-building intervention with LC cultivators, so that they can achieve sustainable growth newlinethrough sustainable livelihood.
