Abstract

Mahatma Gandhi rightly said, a man without education is like a drop in the ocean and is bound to perish. Education is change of behaviour and a process of development in the human story. True education gives a sense of what is right and helps to avoid what is wrong. Education must maintain the pace with the changing needs of the present gener- ation. The education from primary level to higher level should inculcate the values into students and make them true human beings. Also the education should train the students to be employable as well as be successful entrepreneurs. The role of higher education in mak- ing easy the comprehensive advance of province is greatly respected by the nations across the globe. But the higher education is facing the some challenges of the business world. Changing demographics condition, government support, fast changing technology, increas- ing requirements of accountability by accrediting institutions and enhanced international competition for students, faculty and research support are the major challenges faced. newlineManagement Studies is a division of acquaintance which is an inimitable blend of concep- tual framework and practice and acknowledged as a professional course. This professional course if provided to the students as per the industry requirement can really make many youngsters develop all required skills to contribute into the development of the industry. But not all the institutes providing management education are at par to provide qualitative management education to the students. In India IIMs and some private management insti- tutions are the best to provide the management education. But it s not possible for all the graduates who wish to pursue management education to get qualified to take admission into these institutions.
