Synthesis characterization and development of low temperature operated chemiresistive analyte sensors

Abstract

In this research work the performance enhancement of analyte sensors is obtained via developing novel analyte sensing solutions through investigating metal oxide and conducting polymer based sensors. The advancements in fabrication technologies have made the metal oxides and conducting polymers competent for their commercial use in analyte sensing applications. High temperature operability and poor sensing performance at extreme low concentrations are observed to be the limiting factors for the practical suitability of the analyte sensors. Therefore there is necessity to come up with newlinenovel sensing solutions. The present research work provides a solutions to deal with these drawbacks.
