Indo Russian Strategic Partnership in the Post Cold War Era An Analysis

India and Russia is going to be flourishing rapidly along with the Strategic newlinePartnership,political, cultural, and economic and trade growth. But the most newlineprominent dimension of Indo-Russia strategic relations is defence co-operation. The newlineStrategic co-operation of Indo-Russia is more trending as compared to other countries newlinein the matter of international relations.With the time being, the Strategic relations are newlineprogressing as well as flourishing positively. newlineFor the purpose of the growth and development of the co-operation and newlinerelationship between India and Russia, both nations established two Inter-government newlineCommissions. The first is Inter-government Commission on Military Technical Cooperation newline(IRIGC-MTC established in 2000) and second is Inter-government newlineCommission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation newline(IRIGC-TEC established in 2000). The IRIGC-MTC is co-chaired by the newlineDefence Ministers of India and Russia at New Delhi (October 10, 2012) and IRIGCTEC newlineis co-chaired by the Indian External Affairs Minister and Russian Deputy Prime newlineMinister at New Delhi (October 15, 2012). Both Commissions meet annually to newlineDiscuss and promote their trade, military co-operation and relations. newline
