Studies have revealed the efficiency of endophytes in enhancing plant growth newlineand the bioactive compounds in Bacopa monnieri. Inoculation with specific newlineendophytic microorganisms has led to improved plant growth and heightened newlineconcentrations of active ingredients. The process of applying endophyte inoculation newlinein Bacopa monnieri cultivation requires the cultivation and characterization of newlinesuitable endophytes sourced from healthy plants. newlineSubsequently, these endophytes were administered to the roots of Bacopa newlinemonnieri through inoculation procedures. A total of 80 bacterial and 15 fungal newlineendophytes were taken out from several parts of the Bacopa monnieri plant. newlineSelection measures were based on plant growth-endorsing characteristics such as newlineindole-3-acetic acid production, ammonia release, hydrogen cyanide synthesis, newlinesiderophore production, and P-solubilization. For the plant experimentation phase, newlinethe two utmost promising bacterial isolates and one fungal isolate were selected due newlineto their attributes that boost growth of the plant and have probable potential to newlinesynthesize bioactive ingredients in host plant. newline
