Influence of cu nano layer on nonlinear optical response of bto sto and bst thin films fabricated via pulsed laser deposition

Abstract

The present thesis was focused on the fabrication and characterization of perovskite thin films of BaTiO3 SrTiO3 Ba1 xSrxTiO3 0 226 8240 164 x 226 8240 164 1 via pulsed laser deposition PLD technique The optimized substrate temperature and background oxygen pressure were found to be 700 194 176 C and 0 1 mbar respectively The morphology structural linear and nonlinear optical properties of all thin films were studied by AFM and FESEM XRD Raman UV Visible NIR spectroscopy and modified Z scan technique T newline newline
