Abstract
Cloud computing is the most recent incipient paradigm that has turned the vision of utility computing into reality. Cloud Computing is one of the most prominent storage mediums available now the days. With cloud computing, not only storage but also applications are also available over remote servers. The main aim of the cloud is to deliver computing as a utility . Utility computing like general utilities, based on-demand delivery of computing power and clients has to pay as per usage. The amount of data possessed by the organizations is increasing day by day, which forces them to make some decisions regarding their backup. Due to the increasing popularity of cloud computing, many organizations are migrating their data into the cloud platforms. A major hindrance to cloud adoption as studied in review work is the lack of security. The major concerns of not adopting cloud in a big way are fear of the leak of commercial secret, data leakage, malicious insiders and malicious attacks. The Cloud is a model fed by the internet, so any internet-based attack is the big challenge in acceptance of cloud.
