dc.description.abstractducation is absolutely necessary for each and every individual if he or newlineshe is to lead the life successfully. It is that conductive process which newlinedraws a person from darkness, poverty and misery by developing his newlinepersonality in all aspects as physical, mental, social, emotional, cultural and newlinespiritual. This world would have been enveloped in intellectual darkness, if it newlinehad not been illuminated by the light of education. The process of teaching and newlinelearning keeps an important place in the field of education. Teaching and newlineLearning are the two components of education. So, teacher education newlineprogrammes are must in order to have efficient and really capable teachers. The newlinedifferent teacher education programmes and institutes play a vital role in newlinemodification of teacher s behaviour. A teacher as well as his behaviour is newlineconstantly changing. The teachers behaviour can be expected to change from newlinesituation to situation. It is something that is constantly achieved and reachieved by us. The possible factors for the same could be the physical and newlinemental level of the students, age of the students, social background of the newlinestudents or any of it. Thus, the study is inclined to know the interaction analysis newlineof classroom behaviour of effective and ineffective college teachers. The newlinedynamics of teaching is a crucial factor in how much students learn. Though newlinestudents performance may not be a simple direct consequence of the teachers newlineteaching act, the latter has a lot to do with classroom learning. Teachers newlineestablish the pattern of general conduct during a lesson, while on their part newlinestudents establish certain types of behaviour to coincide with this pattern. newlineConsequently the students participate to varying degrees in different classes newlineand react differently to different teachers.
