A comparative study of operational and Financial performance of Bhopal and Gwalior development authorities

Abstract

This research study is going to evaluate the operational and financial activities and newlineperformances of Bhopal development authority and Gwalior development authorities, newlinecustomers perception, attitude and satisfaction towards the operational activities of newlinehousing development authorities of Madhya Pradesh, India. This research study has newlinebroadly two major parts based on primary and secondary data where operational newlineactivities dealt with primary data which was gathered through a survey method. On newlinethe other hand second and important part is to determine financial position and to newlinecheck financial performance and financial health of both the authorities. newlineThis is one of the few researches conducted on, A comparative study of operational newlineand financial performance of Bhopal development authority and Gwalior newlinedevelopment authorities to understand the overall management system of these newlineauthorities. This research would provide the guidance; investigate the changes in newlinemanagement system. It would also help the existing and also emerging business newlinemanagement to run their future project and schemes as per expectations of the newlineindustry and the customers who will have benefits.
