Abstract
On July 17,1998 120 states adopted the Rome Statue to establish a permanent International Criminal Court to end the vicious cycle of impunity, mass crimes and conflict. The Rome Statue came into force on July 2002. International Criminal Court is a permanent Court to investigate the most serious crimes of international concern and to bring justice.
newlineIn present study, an attempt has been made to suggest the measures to remove the shortcomings in the Rome Statue so as to make it more effective for all the states so that all the states must sign and ratify it.
