Secure and efficient data sharing with integrity preservation in public cloud storage

Abstract

The need of cloud services are rapidly increased due to resource constraints in storing the data in local environment. With that the need for securing the information stored in the cloud environment is also emerge as another important task. The information security in cloud storage is not only based on the tmst value of the service provider but it also includes the trust maintained by the individual user who are all accessing the information from cloud storage. Many of the researches consider the key management module for making the secure authentication mechanism for maintains the security through encryption techniques. But, still the information shared among the users through the cloud storage is the challenging one. Because, wlfile going for seciiring the infOITRation in clotld storage, the need of third pnrty auditor for key management module is considered as additional cost with the available resource constraints. So, the users need a secure and trusted system to store and retrieve the data with cost consumption.To overcome these scenarios, the new system is proposed in this thesis with low cost consumption for secure information storage with trust evaluation. And the third party is used only for sharing the information between the users with key management module.In cloud scenario, many security principles are implemented to maintain the secure transmission of data over the internet. newline
