dc.description.abstract	The thrust of this study is to understand the changes if any on the savings and investing behaviour of the rural population. With this understanding, there could be a scope of developing new products and using existing or new channels to distribute these products. Further, with the penetration of digital technology, there is a possibility of leveraging the same to achieve a more robust and cost-effective means of delivering this service to the end consumer.
