The Information Technology IT industry is like an Armageddon for the humankind which helped in changing their behaviour in a rapid phase on the period The code matrix developed a new system which has developed a new species of humankind that favoured them in having business network close towards their palm and information exchange in a blink newlineThis study focuses on the factors that expatriates encounter in the host country the success level of expatriation program and the level of Emotional Intelligence (EI) among the expatriates in the host country. Factors involved in expatriation are communication, work environment and culture leadership stress compensation financial benefits and career development Due to the change in geographical location of the expatriates on project there may be a change in the level of emotional intelligence of the expatriates due to various factors such as non supportive colleagues new members in the environment new culture new and vast work environment and a change in leadership style which plays a vital role in decision making in the work environment newlineThis study primarily focuses on the factors that determine the success of expatriates in the host country and the level and influence of Emotional Intelligence among the expatriation in the host country With the advent of globalization and breakdown of trade barriers innovation in communication mechanism has facilitated organizations across the globe to enter into various markets As a result employees are now exposed to unfamiliar cultural contexts and culturally diverse workforces.
