Abstract
Social Intelligence is the ability to understand, and manage other people and engage in adaptive social interactions. Personality is the dynamic organization of psychophysical systems within an individual that determines one s unique adjustments to the environment. Occupational Self-efficacy is an individual s conviction about his or her abilities to mobilise the motivation, cognitive resources, and course of action needed to successfully execute specific tasks.
