For the purpose of comprehending quantum theoretical nuclear scattering, the analysis newlineof nucleon-nucleon, nucleon-nucleus, and nucleus-nucleus elastic as well as inelastic scattering newlinedata is examined. Additive interactions are what cause charged hadron systems to scatter. The newlinecombined impact of two potentials: one caused by electric charges and the other by nuclear newlineforces in this scenario results in scattering. This inspires us to employ a non-local separable newlinepotential as the nuclear component and the screened Coulomb (Hulthén and Manning- Rosen) newlinepotentials as the short-range electromagnetic interaction. Using the integral representation and newlineordinary differential equation approach for various boundary conditions, we derive expressions newlinefor the Jost, physical, and regular states of the wave equation involving two potentials. newlineExpressions for the various states are presented in terms of the special mathematical functions. newlineThe scattering and bound state observables are calculated using Fredholm determinants and newlineJost functions. These results are consistent with other approaches previously recommended. newline
