dc.description.abstractThis thesis presents a measurement of the branching fraction ratio of hadronic and radiative decay modes of the excited strange charm meson by using the electron positron collision data collected by the Belle II experiment at Super KEKB accelerator in Japan. This ratio is sensitive to isospin-violating dynamics and provides input to theoretical models. Any deviation from the predicted value could hint at new physics. The result represents the most precise measurement to date and is consistent with both previous experimental results and Standard Model expectations. It also serves as an important benchmark for validating the performance of the Belle II detector. newline
