NVivo 12 Plus software facilitated the identification of recurring patterns, thematic elements, and narratives, contributing to the comprehensive interpretation of the research questions. For the quantitative aspect, the researcher designed the questionnaires to quantitatively measure the educational, social, and cultural accomplishments of the Franciscan Capuchin Congregation. Additionally, a questionnaire based on McClelland s need theory of leader motives was developed to assess the motivations of the leaders within the Congregation. To gauge the congregation s culture of the Franciscan Order, the study adopted the Organization Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) designed by Cameron and Quinn.
