The world of Sports and games has crossed many milestones, Investigation into performance of sportsman by Scientific way has been playing an increasingly importance role to achieve excellence of performance in different sports. newlineSports have gained much popularity and prominence in 21st century than in any other period of human history. Now it is become a complete necessity that right talents are identified for the right game. Sports have become a full time profession it has now no more a hobby. Modern sports infect compel athletes to take up sports competitions as a full time aptitude besides making name and fame multi-disciplinary determinations are put together with the craze of taking human performance to it peak possible level. newlinePhysical fitness, Anthropometric measurement and Physiological variable play a vital role in almost all games and sports. newlineKabaddi and Kho-Kho are the very popular game in India and south Asia. Both the games are originated in India. Kabaddi is defending and attacking game played between two teams having seven players in each team. Kabaddi is the National game of Bangladesh, it is a basically body contact game. In 1973 Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India (AKFI) was founded. In 1936 during the Berlin Olympic Kabaddi received international exposure by Hanuman Prasarak Mondal, Amarabati, and Maharashtra. The game is regulate at international Level by Parent body International Kabaddi Federation (IKF). Similarly Kho-Kho is a non-body contact game and it was demonstrated in Asian games which were held in Delhi in 1982, but its entry into international sports area in a first Asian Kho-Kho Championship 96 held at Kolkata in 1996 under the Auspices of AKKF and KKFI and organized by the west Bengal Kho-Kho Association (WBKKA), India and Bangladesh were the winners and runner up respectively.
